We were fortunate to have Brad the “Vee Dub Guy” help us find our new ride. He gave us plenty of time to get to know the car including a thorough test drive that went through a good set of different conditions. The most impressive thing here was that he made us perform a proper brake test to ensure that everything was working and that the ABS kicks in.The following buying process was very pleasant as well. Brad was clear when the price negotiation started (not like other places were this is often muddled with the rest) and we very quickly settled with a good price. He also made sure that all things that needed to be checked were written down in the contract including one issue we had forgotten by that time already!We were even offered multiple times a loaner car for free till our car was ready to be picked up.During all that time we felt we were treated extremely friendly and there was absolutely no pressure. Recently bought a used R32. Had a bad wheel bearing and ball joint stud bad. Though under no contractual obligation this was repaired at no cost and with a loner vehicle! Many thanks and definitely a returning customer. Very nice people!I called them today to check my brake pads when I was around the dealership. They let me come right away. Kristina was very polite and friendly. They checked the whole car, including alignment, tire thread, and other basic conditions of the car. I was provided with a few pages of the whole information what was done and needed attention. They even offered a car wash, which I denied since it was raining and that would be waste of time for the guys. After all was done, I was not charged for this little service check. Very happy with them and definitely will be bringing my MK6 GLI to them for maintenance.Thank you guys!
Rodney was SO helpful when my dad and I brought my VW in last Friday. Had a great experience today with Jack! Test drove a 2018 Tiguan and fell in love with the red color but the only one at the dealer had light interior which wasn't a great option for our family with teens and pets. Jack found one with a black interior at another dealer and had it transferred. Same price and favorite interior/exterior options for us. No pressure all day... he let us wander, hang out in his office, tolerated our indecisiveness quite well and the whole experience was all pretty low key. This is our 3rd vehicle from Auburn Volkswagen.

Auburn VW does usually take care of me but for some reason I got charged for a recent oil change that I was sure was under warranty. I've been taking my car there since 2014 and have done it several times before but only now this recent time it was a charge? The guy was polite and explained but I still don't understand. This car has been taken in before for the exact same thing and was covered by warranty and all the sudden now it isn't? Don't know, left a bad taste in my mouth after that. They've always treated me well before but getting charged now after still being under warranty and never charged before for the exact same thing was weird. Hopefully they fix it up
