Covid-19 Letter to Our Valued Customers

To Our Valued Team and Guests:

At Auburn VW our Team and our Community are the Core of our Identity.

With Governor Inslee’s “Stay at Home” order we are closing our sales departments March 25th at 6pm. We will be fielding calls and communicating with our customers remotely online.

All Service and Parts Departments have been deemed “Essential Businesses” to remain open. Therefore, we will be Open for Service and Parts to take care of our Customers vehicles as asked for by the Governor.

As we previously communicated to all of our customers, we have implemented measures to comply with every best practice put out by the CDC and many more practices that we’ve created internally every day. From Social distancing, to disinfecting every vehicle at drop-off, and delivery to wiping down every surface in the dealership every 30-60 minutes, our goal is to keep our Team and our valued Guests safe.

We have had many healthcare workers thank us for being here to take care of their vehicles over the past month. We are not able to say THANK YOU enough, so we will make sure we are here to assist you and every other customer that needs to keep their vehicle on the road.

If you for any reason are not able to get here, or have elevated risk factors, reach out to us if you need your vehicle service. In certain situation’s we may be able to facilitate vehicle pickup and drop-off.

In times of stress like this we are here to SERVE and LOVE our neighbors. While most of our 70 families will not be here for a couple of weeks, we will be communicating with them to address their needs, and we will also be helping meet the needs of those in the community that are at greatest risk.

Today I read some great wisdom about this from Bill Gates and would like to share it with all of you as it really gave me some good perspective.

Thank you and may God Bless you and your families.

Warmest regards,

Matthew Welch
